Requires handling inquiries, managing inventory coordination with warehousing staff, generating reports with Microsoft Office (Excel emphasized), and producing brochures/promotional materials to engage customers. Focus on maintaining timely order fulfillment, effective problem resolution, and delivering reliable service to foster long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills
