Job Summary
Join Hempel as a Customer Care Representative where you will provide first-class customer service, advising on order processing, product shortages, delivery dates, and price changes. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, processing sales orders in the ERP system, facilitating credit limit increases, prioritizing orders during shortages, and providing basic technical support. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience, with proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, and the ability to communicate in Italian, English and Spanish or Portuguese.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Understanding the life cycle of a PO placement, from start to finish
- Able to work in a lively customer care environment, maintaining a high level of productivity
- Self-motivated, and able to follow best practices in sales processes
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable but not required
- Proficient in ERP-systems (Microsoft preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Able to communicate in Italian, English and Spanish or Portuguese
