Job Summary
Provide customer service for a healthcare account, processing orders for diabetic supplies and coordinating timely delivery to patients. Conduct follow-ups via phone and fax to obtain authorizations, order forms, and clinical documentation from healthcare providers. Maintain and update customer records in the customer portal. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (attendance, average handle time, QA, and orders processed). Stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and service procedures to ensure high-quality support. Requires at least 6 months of BPO experience in a Healthcare Account and willingness to work onsite in Buendia, Makati on night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience under a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
