Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Grasshopper, responsible for day-to-day office duties in a busy lawn-care operations setting. Will schedule and optimize service technicians’ daily routes; train on Service Assistant software; enter production data; assist technicians and staff; design/edit postcard ads; troubleshoot tablets used by technicians; answer phones; maintain a fast-paced office environment during the growing season; manage office supplies and inventory. Requires solid customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with Internet, Outlook, Word, and Excel; training on company software will be provided. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement plan, and PTO; High School Diploma or equivalent required and 1 year of office/customer service experience preferred.
