Track orders and manage special product or order requests in partnership with operations and sales teams, performing general office duties. You must possess strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with glass fabrication processes, and the ability to read technical drawings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with glass fabrication processes (cutting, grinding, shaping)
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- 2+ years in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
