Job Summary
Meet and greet customers professionally while providing superior service through rental terms, vehicle features, and optional product offerings. Answer incoming calls for reservations and rate quotes, manage callbacks, and offer local assistance. Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return and notify management of customer or vehicle problems. Commit to three out of four days: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00am to 7:30pm. This part-time role at Enterprise Mobility's Harrisburg Airport supports our vision to be the world's best mobility company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years
