Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for delivering top-notch multi-channel support (phone, email, and chat) for All 4 Seasons. You will handle high volume calls, resolve customer issues, maintain accurate records, identify opportunities to upsell, and collaborate with technicians and teammates to ensure seamless service. The role requires strong communication, active listening, organization, time management, and the ability to think on your feet. Training will cover our services to become a go-to expert; prior ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required. This on-site role is based in the Marietta, GA office and offers opportunities for growth and advancement within a family of residential services brands.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a big plus (but not required)
