Job Summary
Answering phone calls for all salon locations; booking, canceling + confirming appointments; directing guests to appropriate departments when needed; must be familiar with all salon services in order to answer questions from guests; filling out paperwork for gift certificates, standing appointments, packages, and bridal parties; handle guest complaints in a tactful, professional manner; perform other duties as assigned.
