Job Summary
Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to schedule appointments and assist homeowners. Educate customers on Groundworks' services and memberships while identifying opportunities to drive sales. Meet individual sales and performance goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. Accurately document customer information while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented call center. This full-time, 40-hour per week onsite position in Dallas, TX requires every other weekend rotation. Representatives earn a $16.00/hour base wage plus uncapped commission, typically totaling $21–$24/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service, retail sales, inside sales, call center, or other customer-facing experience
- A competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while engaging with customers
- Reliable
- Coachable

- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week onsite position based in our Dallas, TX office
- Every other weekend required as part of the regular schedules
- Physical requirements include talking, hearing, walking, visual acuity to determine neatness and preparing and analyzing data, schedules and documents
