Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, receipt payments, and disburse funds while providing administrative assistance to mortgage loan processing and documentation. Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation to facilitate loan closings, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Manage daily tasks including data entry, loan servicing, maintaining branch operations, and supply ordering. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers through excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 + years customer service or office experience
