Job Summary
Ensure orders are entered accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with established GT processes. Create and issue harvest quotes to customers, perform detailed contract reviews for compliance, and establish accurate SAP master data including customer master and pricing records. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism, process customer returns and RGA paperwork, and resolve credit and invoice issues with Finance. Foster strong internal cross-functional relationships to ensure on-time order fulfillment for assigned Corporate Accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of sales/customer service B2B experience, and essential German language skills.

- Minimum 2 years sales/customer service B2B experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, both independently and as a team member
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- German language skills
