Job Summary
Answer all inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner while acting as a liaison to resolve customer account problems with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare reports, memos, and documents using computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software systems. Build sustainable relationships through open, interactive communication and maintain proactive contact to ensure corporate and operational goals are met. Complete special projects as assigned while following all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- High School Diploma
- Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor
- Bi-lingual in Spanish
