Job Summary
Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction by attending and confirming appointments through incoming leads systems. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, then arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote products and services while addressing or predicting clients' objectives, preparing sales proposals that adhere to established rules and guidelines. Maintain organized records of web-based proposal databases and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople. Requires 1 year of B2B or janitorial sales experience, CRM proficiency, and 20% travel. Base salary is $50,000 plus commission, with benefits including a company credit card and 401K after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot)
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Background Check
- Must be able to travel 20% as business requires
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year business-to-business sales experience preferred (but not required)
- 1 year janitorial service sales experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong have strong math & organizational / multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Outlook Apps and web-based software
