Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at GreatAmerica, you will manage incoming interactions to assist our customer base, including invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, and payment processing. Your role requires a consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions while consistently meeting performance responsibilities. Effective communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to multi-task are essential. You will participate in team goals and follow account security procedures, while also engaging creatively with customers for resolution. Experience in customer service and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
