Job Summary
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues. Ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality while entering orders, handling requests, and providing support for pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, and claims. Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and provide support on product selection and application. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- High School education
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience preferred
- 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
