Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for serving as a key customer liaison by handling orders, inquiries, and ongoing support to ensure total customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims; handling inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence; actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls; providing product selection and application support; and coordinating service requests. Requires strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset with the ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; focus on delivering timely, professional, and courteous service with a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience preferred
- High School education
- 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
