Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for serving as a key customer contact and liaison, handling inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence, entering orders, and supporting pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits, and claims. Role includes assisting with product selection and application, providing timely and courteous support, and actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
