Job Summary
Provide customer service as a key contact for customers, handling inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence, entering orders, handling requests, and supporting product selection and application. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, professional, and courteous service; following up on customer issues; assisting with order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims; and actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls. Emphasis on effective communication, handling various customer situations with enthusiasm and tact, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High School education
- 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
