Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role supporting WellsOne Service Delivery within Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity group. You will respond to inquiries and issues from customers on financial products across multiple channels (phone, text, chat, video chat, etc.), resolve problems, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to policies and regulations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries about financial products and services, handling moderately complex tasks, advocating for digital services such as online statements and eSign documentation, and escalating non-routine questions as directed. Strong emphasis on attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and risk/compliance awareness. On-site in Taguig City or Makati City, Philippines with possible shifting hours including night shifts; training is required and weekend/PH holiday coverage may be needed. Preferred qualifications include completing 2 years of college and prior experience in a BPO or financial-services customer-support environment, plus proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service, financial services or contact center support experience
- Ability to attend full duration of required training period
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must work on-site at the location posted
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Essential computer skills including Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and SharePoint
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, including night shift
- Amenable to work in Five NEO, BGC, Taguig City
- Amenable to work full-time onsite
- Amenable to work weekends, PH holidays
