Job Summary
Answer incoming and make outgoing customer telephone calls while resolving questions, complaints, and concerns within established guidelines. Monitor, document, and report customer problems relating to operations, coordinate with sales, and generate call-in work orders for drivers. Track customer information, enter data into the database, and research refunds for submission to Accounts Receivable. Maintain new account files, run credit checks, complete verification forms for commercial accounts, and process payments via internet, phone, or cash. Key all new or cancelled accounts into the Tower system, scan contracts, and ensure the customer service area remains orderly. Pay: $17/hour. High School Diploma or GED required with one to two years of customer service call center experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) to Two (2) years customer service call center experience
- Ability to implement solutions to general and specific customer concerns
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meet time deadlines and perform under pressure
- Possess good organizational skills and record keeping skills
- Possess ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers and employees both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good problem solving ability
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear

- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
