Customer Service Representative

Answer and direct customer calls, emails, and faxes while processing orders and providing product information. Assist clients with delivery tracking, resolve issues, and issue returns within the system. Call customers to promote weekly specials and perform assigned special projects. Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term relationships while working Monday through Sunday with Saturdays and one weekday off. Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $19.00 based on experience, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and paid holidays.
