Job Summary
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE responsible for entering and managing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers, with 50% focus on Sales Order Management (order creation, reconfirmation, shipment creation), 10% coordination with Fulfillment and CS Mgr for materials availability, 15% creating account setup details (credit, logistics, SKUs), 15% generating internal/external reports on order status, and 10% handling customer complaints related to price, quality, and logistics. Requires skills in customer service, product knowledge, problem solving, data entry, MS Office, logistics/shipping understanding, inventory management, multitasking, listening, and communication. Work involves supporting a specific product line or group of customers and interacting with inside/outside sales; no specific quota or territory is stated.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or 4 year degree or 1 -3 year of experience in office or related type of environment; experience with MS Office suite and prefer experience previously with data entry, customer service and telesales.
