Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides an exceptional customer experience and manages relationships with customers and insurance companies while delivering administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. Key duties include scheduling vehicle repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner, retrieving and documenting insurance authorizations, preparing repair order work packets (QC checklist, parts list, windshield tag), recording communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One, updating rental information, and managing the ARMS system to reflect rental activity. The role requires strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, general office/computer skills, effective oral and written communication, a sales drive, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with multitasking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service
- Valid driver’s license
