Job Summary
The CSR provides an exceptional customer experience and manages relationships with customers and insurance companies while delivering administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and the Daily Demand Capacity Planner, retrieving insurance assignments, obtaining repair authorization documentation, preparing repair orders with QC checklists and parts lists, recording communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One, and updating rental information in CCC One and ARMS. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and excellent oral and written communication skills with a sales-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license
