Job Summary
The CSR provides an exceptional customer experience in collision and glass services by managing customer and insurance communications and delivering administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repairs using CCC One, obtaining repair authorizations, assembling RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists, updating CCC One notes, managing rental information, and overseeing ARMS to ensure alignment with CCC One. Requires strong multitasking, high attention to detail, and solid communication skills, with a low-ego, team-oriented approach and a valid driver’s license. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience; preferred experience in auto body or a similar customer-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience
