Job Summary
The CSR will deliver exceptional customer experience by managing customer and insurance communications and providing administrative support to the Repair Facility Team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repairs using CCC One, retrieving insurance authorizations, preparing repair order work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and windshield tags, recording communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One, updating rental information in CCC One and ARMS, and ensuring ARMS-CCC One data consistency throughout the day. Key skills include multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, proficient general office and computer skills, excellent oral and written communication, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle customer service with professionalism. A valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license
