Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides an exceptional customer experience and manages working relationships with customers and insurance companies while delivering administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner, obtaining repair authorization documentation, preparing repair order work packets (QC checklist, parts list, windshield tag), recording all communications with customers or insurance partners via CCC One notes, updating rental information, and overseeing ARMS to ensure vehicles appear in CCC One. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1 year of relevant experience (preferred in auto body), strong multitasking and communication skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with potential bonuses; benefits are provided. The role is based in Independence, Missouri.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma)
- Minimum: 1 year experience in a similar role such as administration assistant
- Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including previous customer service experience
- Ability to function well in a fast past environment with multitasking
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with strong sales drive and exceptional customer service
- Valid driver’s license
