Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Genson Overhead Door (Locke, NY) serving as the primary liaison between Outside Sales, Outside Service, and the inside office. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues, providing information about products and services, taking and scheduling orders, coordinating service requests and appointments, maintaining knowledge of company offerings, and supporting overall office operations and customer satisfaction. Requires experience in customer service, order processing, scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook. Office-based role with standard business hours (7:30am–4pm) in a climate-controlled facility. EOЕ employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- At least one year experience in customer service role.
- Experience in handling incoming orders, processing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing service requests from customers.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Outlook Email
