Job Summary
As an Auto Customer Representative at GEICO, you will provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and engage in a fast-paced, high-volume call-center environment. You will assess customer needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, stay informed about GEICO products, and identify cross-selling opportunities to support policy growth. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to prioritize across platforms. Licensing is encouraged (Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty). Education required: High School Diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred. The position offers in-office training with a path to 80% on-site and 20% off-site work, with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
