Job Summary
Ensure high-quality customer service across phone and email channels by responding to queries timely and adhering to company procedures. Solve customer problems using product and system knowledge while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Provide administrative support as required and work toward daily performance targets within a team focused on satisfaction. Strictly adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws. This seasonal role at Smyths Toys' Galway headquarters involves 37.5 hours per week with shifts running Saturday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday.
