Job Summary
Respond to customer calls, resolve issues with solutions, and act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure satisfaction. Make outbound calls for shipment confirmation, track ticket orders, and problem solve while maintaining a friendly, positive demeanor. Represent the Vivid Seats brand with empathy and professionalism, working flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. Full-time position with a starting pay of $15/hr, team and individual incentives, and benefits including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) match, and transit discounts. Located in downtown Chicago, Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a call center or customer service oriented role
- Helpful, patient and friendly attitude with a drive to take on new challenges and learn
- Must be comfortable working on a computer and have ability to type 50 words per minute
- Ability to show empathy toward customer concerns
- Willingness to work flexible schedule - some weekend and evening shifts are required
- High school diploma or equivalent
