Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for providing excellent customer support and managing customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing. Responsibilities include entering customer setup data, maintaining customer records, processing orders, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service. Requires excellent communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently, strong MS Office and ERP proficiency, and the ability to handle billing and shipping documentation. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
