Job Summary

Provide excellent customer service in Prosperity Bank's Customer Service Center, resolving customer questions and problems professionally and promptly. Perform a broad range of financial services including opening/closing accounts, renewing time deposits, and assisting with account inquiries and maintenance, with knowledge of deposit and loan products. Responsibilities include taking customer calls, addressing inquiries, handling complaints professionally, presenting bank products, and maintaining the bank’s professional reputation while adhering to policies. Requires strong communication, computer, and organizational skills and the ability to work with various banking products (checking, savings, deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit/credit cards).

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree/Two years of related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
