Job Summary
Serve customers by addressing their immediate needs, offering honest advice on pet care and nutrition, and operating cash registers to handle transactions. Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring price tags and signage are accurate. Complete routine system maintenance tasks and self-initiate service to co-workers to foster a collaborative culture. Interact with pets and guests while providing information on products and pet care. Work full-time hours between 32 and 40 weekly, with shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday at the discretion of the Store Manager.
