Job Summary
Customer Service Representative duties include greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, suggesting purchases, and assisting in various store areas to maintain high standards of appearance and service. You will interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team, requiring regular onsite attendance, the ability to work at a quick pace, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Physical tasks may include standing for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds. Knowledge of retail/customer service and a willingness to learn and grow are valued.
