Job Summary
Provide highest level of service to every customer; maintain a cash drawer and balance cash transactions; accurately and efficiently process transactions; receive loan, safe-deposit box and credit card payments; process cash services; redeem U.S. Savings Bonds; identify customer needs through qualifying questions and refer appropriate services, products and digital options. A High school diploma or equivalent is required, with cash handling and customer service experience, strong communication skills, ability to navigate multiple computer systems (Word/Excel), and ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail. This role is based in Sioux Falls, SD with a rotation between Lorraine and Louise locations; some extended hours including Saturday mornings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed
- Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Service-oriented, polite, and respectful
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion
