Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative will provide comprehensive customer service to prospective test takers and clients via email, telephone, and online chat. Responsibilities include processing customer requests, promoting Paragon's tests and materials, refining procedures for delivery, and tracking customer inquiries to improve service. Required skills include attention to detail, effective communication, and experience in customer service. Candidates must work five 8-hour shifts weekly, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of work experience in customer service
- Sensitivity to inquiries from test takers for whom English is not their first language
- Knowledge and experience with business and office procedures
- Experience with computer business applications including Windows Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Ability to pay careful attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to exercise tact, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
