Customer Service Agent in Barcelona, fluent in French, with English proficiency (B2-C1), handling OEM vehicle-owner inquiries across multiple channels. Responsibilities include managing and resolving customer cases, handling complex/escalated issues, monitoring open cases until resolution, escalating to higher-level or specialized teams, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with project KPIs. Role starts on-site with a training/adaptation period, then transitions to a hybrid setup (50% remote). Requires 2+ years in customer service/contact center roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office365. Automotive industry knowledge is a plus. Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week); salary ~€22,000 gross per year; located in Barcelona at the Carrer de la Constitució address.
Required Qualifications
- Native/bilingual French speaker
- English at least B2-C1
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Contact Center/Customer Relations or related positions
- Proficient in MS Office365 (PowerPoint and Excel basics)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess and manage complex cases and escalate appropriately
- Basic knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
- Willingness to work in Barcelona with hybrid model
- Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week)
