Role starts on-site with a training/adaptation period, then transitions to a hybrid setup (50% remote). Requires 2+ years in customer service/contact center roles, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office365. Automotive industry knowledge is a plus. Permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week); salary ~€22,000 gross per year; located in Barcelona at the Carrer de la Constitució address.

Required Qualifications

  • Native/bilingual French speaker
  • English at least B2-C1
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Contact Center/Customer Relations or related positions
  • Proficient in MS Office365 (PowerPoint and Excel basics)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess and manage complex cases and escalate appropriately
  • Basic knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work in Barcelona with hybrid model
