Job Summary
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions while working with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires a C2 level in French and B2 in English, with a schedule from Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM Portuguese time, plus a rotational day off each week.
