Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with payment processing
- Invoicing and computer entries
- Face-to-face customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution in customer service
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills (POS systems, accounting systems, Excel)
- Ability to multitask (phones, data entry, computer work)
- Ability to pass background check
- Clean driving record
- Able to work Holidays and weekends
