Job Summary
Customer Service Representative on our Pneumatic Transport Inside Sales Team serves as the customers' primary point of contact for proposal and order execution, governing all open and ongoing activities within the area of responsibility. Responsible for proposal handling and order execution from inquiry to fulfillment, maintaining governance on contracts and terms, ensuring alignment with customer guidelines, delivering detailed customer-focused communications, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Trade Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.), ensuring on-time deliverables, and supporting Outside Sales with sales and pricing history using BI/CRM tools. The role emphasizes maintaining data quality, handling customer claims and payments, prioritizing POs with customer deadlines, and upholding excellent customer communications about order status and deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, CRM tools, and ERP systems preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer issues professionally
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage
