Customer Service Representative - Flow Collision Center of Charlottesville

Greet customers, obtain authorization, and assist with vehicle check-in while scheduling them for estimates. Answer the telephone, take messages as needed, and communicate daily with estimators to ensure timely return calls. Maintain knowledge of collision repair and perform other duties as required. We provide ongoing training, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, and offer a path to promotion from within for those willing to contribute effort.
