Job Summary
Provides prompt, tactful customer service in processing bank transactions and assists with reception coverage at the Main Office. Responsibilities include cash and coin deposits, mortgage, commercial, and installment payments, redeeming Series E & EE Savings Bonds, issuing cashier checks and money orders, currency transaction reporting, security and fraud prevention, and cross-selling banking products. Requires high school GED or equivalent, cash handling and customer service experience, typing and computer skills, good math abilities, and strong interpersonal skills. May travel to other banking center locations as needed.
