Job Summary
Customer Service Representative located in Flex Aguascalientes. Role involves communicating with customers, handling inquiries, resolving problems to achieve one-call resolution, maintaining service standards under high-pressure conditions, interpreting customer needs, coordinating orders, RMA, CMA, AR, and export processes, and collaborating with warehouse and logistics to fulfill shipments. Must demonstrate clear English writing and speaking skills, track relevant metrics (KPIs), and participate in cross-functional meetings. Knowledge of SOX controls, incoterms, invoicing processes, and order coordination with production and delivery planning is required. The position emphasizes customer satisfaction, effective problem-solving, and coordination across operational areas to meet customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience
- Typically requires 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service-related position
