Customer Service Representative at Destination Pet (Two Ponds Pet Lodge). Responsibilities include welcoming pet parents and their VIPs, answering phones with a smile, giving facility tours, selling services, ensuring up-to-date vaccinations on file, managing check-ins/check-outs, handling cash, responding to complaints professionally, and escorting pet guests. Must be comfortable standing/walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have prior customer service or retail experience, strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and email, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced pet-care environment.
