Job Summary
Summer on-site Customer Service Representative for LCBO in Cayuga, reporting to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include serving customers at the cash register, requesting donations for the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign, participating in customer experience surveys, receiving and replenishing stock, keeping the store clean, organized, and safe, and lifting cases up to 40 lbs while standing. Training covers store operations, customer service, and product knowledge across wine, beer, ciders, and spirits. Requirements include legal eligibility to work in Canada (SIN, student, or work permit), minimum age 18, and availability for weekend shifts; background check required before starting.
