Job Summary

Customer Service Representative for Scandinavia based in Oslo, hybrid role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, managing orders from placement to delivery, resolving issues, and supporting sales and supply chain teams. Responsibilities include registering, following up, and updating customer orders; monitoring product availability and supporting order fulfilment; handling inquiries, claims, and credit/debit notes; proactive communication regarding orders, deliveries, and issues; assisting with invoicing, back-order tracking, and ensuring data accuracy in systems; coordinating logistics with partners; and collaborating with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to improve processes and customer experience. Must be a customer-focused professional with strong organization, able to work independently and in a team, with experience in customer service or sales support, understanding of order management and logistics, ERP systems experience (SAP advantageous), strong communication skills, English and Norwegian fluency, and attention to detail.
