Job Summary
Answer inbound calls about products and services, understand daily operational policies, and take accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor. Demonstrate a strong phone presence while assisting those with less than perfect credit and achieve high satisfaction on customer surveys. Participate in team meetings and complete extensive paid training up to three weeks in length. This role is based on-site in Dakota Dunes, SD, requiring employees to live within 50 miles of a PREMIER location or relocate. Full-time shifts include Monday-Friday evenings and rotating Saturdays, while part-time options are available Monday-Friday evenings. Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish earn a 10% differential.
