Customer Service Representative

Process incoming calls, emails, and faxed orders, then relay customer concerns regarding products, services, and equipment to Daiohs team members. Generate daily manifests for route drivers and service technicians using company software, while checking in with drivers to reconcile customer funds received during deliveries. Dispatch service technicians for repair calls, coordinate installations, and solicit sales during promotions. Maintain accounts receivable by making calls on outstanding balances, process payments, and communicate sales leads to branch personnel. Provide backup support for daily sales reports, bank accounts, and month-end processes. Requires a high school diploma, one year of office experience, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment.
