Job Summary
Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via web-based applications, email, or telephone to address inquiries and problems, resolves 1st and 2nd tier issues, verifies contacts and account information, and escalates as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining logs/reports/files, coordinating resolution of issues, proactively identifying accounts needing attention, and coordinating billing-related questions with collections or other departments. May interface with offshore call center, may perform order fulfillment, and performs other duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of related customer service experience; proficiency with MS Office and data-entry systems; strong verbal and written communication, adaptability, attention to detail, patience, and problem solving. Shift: 11am-8:00pm Eastern.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of generally related customer service experience
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Customer Service skill including adaptability, attention to detail, patience, and problem solving
- Shift: 11am-8:00pm Eastern
